DEC. 5: Tobacco Compliance Checks in Johnson County


On December 5th, 2009 the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office conducted tobacco compliance checks in area communities.  The following businesses were in compliance and did not sell to a minor:

The following business was found not to be in compliance by selling to an underage person.  The employee who made the sale was charged with Providing Tobacco to a Minor and faces a scheduled fine of $200.00:
