Cedar Rapids to Host Reception for Outgoing Council Members


The Cedar Rapids City Council will host a Community Open House for Mayor Kay Halloran, Council Member Brian Fagan and Council Member Jerry McGrane before the last City Council meeting of the year. The public is invited to attend the reception.
