Karl Cassell Elected President of The League of Iowa Human & Civil Rights Agencies


Karl Cassell, executive director of the Cedar Rapids Civil Rights Commission, was elected to serve as the President of The League of Iowa Human & Civil Rights Agencies.

This League is a statewide organization of the Iowa Civil Rights Commission, the Iowa Department of Human Rights and all the local civil and human rights commissions in the State of Iowa.
